The Beauty of Imperfection

Each item in our collection has lived a life before this one. The fabrics we use are reclaimed – softened by time, marked by memory, and reborn into something new. As such, small imperfections are not flaws but part of the story. Frays, faded areas, and gentle wear are expected and celebrated.

However, if your item arrives with a genuine fault – something that prevents it from functioning as intended – we will of course put it right.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a refund or exchange if your item is:

  • Faulty (e.g. a zip that doesn’t function)
  • Misdescribed (e.g. a large tear not mentioned or shown in
    the listing)
  • Not as expected based on how it was presented

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if something is wrong. Include photos if possible.

If the item is confirmed faulty or misdescribed, we will offer you a full refund or exchange (your choice). We will cover return postage costs. All returns must be sent by recorded mail.

Your Right to Cancel (Changed Your Mind?)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item.

To do so:

  • Head to our ‘Contact Us’ page and fill in the contact form within 14 days of delivery.
  • You do not need to give a reason, but we would always love your feedback.
  • You must return the item in its original, unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer in these cases. All returns must be sent by recorded mail.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund you in full (including standard original delivery costs) within 14 days.

We aim to inspect and process all returns within 7 working days of receipt.

Summary of Your Legal Rights

This returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK law. You have the right to:

  • Return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund
  • Cancel within 14 days of receiving goods bought online

Custom or Personalised Items

Items that are custom-made or personalised to your specifications are created just for you — thoughtfully crafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of their bespoke nature, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless they are faulty or not as described.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which excludes personalised goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Please ensure all personalised details (spelling, colours, sizing, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot accept returns due to customer error.

If your item arrives and something isn’t right — a fault or an error on our part — please get in touch within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
